My journey is a collection of pivots, breakthroughs, and the enduring truth that while the tools change every season, the human heart stays the same. I’ve spent a decade and a half learning exactly what it takes to make a brand not just seen, but remembered.
The aroma of cardamom and chai takes me back to a busy Mumbai morning in 2010. Remember your first day of work? Fresh out of college, full of dreams, I was ready to conquer the world. We all are, aren't we? Whether we aim for the CEO's chair or dream of starting our own company. Nobody tells you how to get there.
Marketing is about values. This is a very complicated world; it’s a very noisy world. And we’re not going to get a chance to get people to remember much about us. No company is. So we have to be really clear on what we want them to know about us.
